DRILL BITS

When scrolling you don't need all those big drill bits that you get when you buy a set. Here you can buy just the size you need.  Fraction sizes are 1/16", 5/64", 7/64", and 1/8". Numbered sizes are #58, #59, #60, #63, #65 and #67. On numbered drill bits, the higher the number the smaller the drill bit gets. (Remember, the larger the number on a scroll saw blade the larger the size of the blade. Just the opposite of numbered drill bits.) Price on any set of 12 is $6.99

#70 is good for blade size #3/0.
#67 is good for blade sizes #2/0 and #3/0. 
#65 is good for blade sizes #0, 2/0 and below. Out of stock on #65.
#63 is good for blade size #0, #1 and below. 
#60 is good for blade size #2, #3 and below.
#59 is good for blade size #4, #5 and below.
#58 is good for blade size #6, #7 and below. 

1/16" is good for a blade size #7 and below.
5/64" is good for a blade size #9 and below.
7/64" is good for a blade size #12 and below.
1/8" is good for all pin end blades.

When scrolling, it is easier to use a larger drill bit then what I have listed above. You only need to use the smaller bits when the cut out in your pattern is smaller then the drill bit.
